The waterbike has 4 seats and platforms in front and back of it, where items or a pet or children can be placed if needed. A great idea for a waterbike ride is to have a picnic on the water – take your snacks and drinks with you! The best time to relax on a waterbike is summer – when it’s warm and you can enjoy sunny weather. Did you know that tanning on the water forms faster than if you sunbathing elsewhere, because the sun’s rays act extra when reflected from the surface of the water! ATTENTION! The use of waterbikes can be affected by weather – in the event of strong winds and/or waves, the service may not be available. Wheather is subject that changes and sometimes it happens really fast! Always be careful and assess your ability to control and deal with changing weather! Rental workers will be happy to comment on the current weather situation and the availability of catamarans.
In a windy weather, there’s an option to ride not on the lake, but on the Briede River nearby to our base!
